Each person has their own timeline and journey....I get that. Believe me, oh I totally do. However for me it was more of a discovery over time and thru a bunch of therapy and self reflection during the course of 2019 which allowed me the centering, freedom and full happiness in finding who I was to start this. I originally started my journey in 2019, and took the entire year to finally find me...Organically.

What did that mean for me and how might it help you? Great questions to ask and Hopefully with my site and blog I can shed some light to allow you to gain some perspective as to how I approached as well as where I am now.
During the course of the year, I did things naturally to find out what would work best.. Some of the best things I did which, if I may say, were pretty amazing. I experienced weight loss, softer skin, better sleep and overall more happiness in who and what I saw in the mirror every day.
1. Changed my intake and diet by cutting out a lot of unnecessary items - Dark Soda consumption, reduced sugar intake of the processed nature, ate more greens and fruits for natural sugars and processing, enjoyed cooking more.
2. Started taking Phyto-Organic Estrogen supplements and comparing the mcg conversion to mg to closely equate a medical dosing.
3. Actively started working out and engaging in things like yoga, pilates, and cardio to shape my body the way I saw it.
In Feb, of 2020, is from the pics above, 1 year later, started my medical phase of this transition which I'm so happy for. For many, my advice is to try this for a period of time, like 6 or 8 months and then start HRT, this will allow your body to kind of be ready for the massive chemical change you are about to introduce to it. Believe me tho, you can do this, you will love it as it is finally the step to letting your true self shine. I believe in you, and know you are amazing!
